Drawing on decades of executive experience at Volvo and IKEA, I deeply understand that true leadership lies in integrating an organization’ s mission with individual aspirations, enabling both the enterprise and its employees to grow together, We are facing severe challenges—global warming, species extinction, and ecosystems approaching critical tipping points, Profits should come from solving the problems of our time, not from creating them.
The answer Iles in ecological civilization: shifting from separation and control toward harmonious coexistence with all living things, and from human-centered thinking to integration with nature. China has already written ecological civilization into its Constitution, and the wisdom of “the unity of humanity and nature’ offers the world an alternative path. Only by viewing the Earth as an integrated living whole can we find a way forward. This is not merely a vision—it IS the mission of our generation.
