Established in 2018, the Cobb Eco-Academy is grounded in the philosophical vision of Alfred North Whitehead’s organic philosophy, which understands the universe as an interconnected, dynamic web of relationships. Inspired by this worldview, we are committed to cultivating new ways of learning—approaches that are holistic, life-affirming, and deeply ecological. Its mission is to cultivate whole human beings—eco-persons—rooted in Whitehead’s organic and process philosophy, who live in harmony with the Earth and are committed to serving the emergence of an ecological civilization.
